Kyle is simply the BEST, whether you are selling or buying a home. He's not only incredibly talented and knowledgeable in every possible area of real estate, he's an incredibly hard-working, genuinely kind, decent human. Kyle helped us buy a beautiful vacation home at an excellent price in 2021; when we decided to sell in 2022 after the property nearly doubled in value, we immediately called him. In about a week, we accepted an offer. The buyer ended up being a ridiculously demanding, problematic nightmare, but Kyle never failed to go above and beyond to keep us moving toward a successful closing. We're located in Memphis, so Kyle and his team personally handled the time-consuming job of researching, hiring, and overseeing repairmen and vendors to address the buyer's increasingly tedious requests. He stayed in constant communication, providing guidance through the entire process. The day before closing, Kyle discovered a shower door that had inexplicably shattered. He cleaned up every fragment of glass himself and worked real-estate magic with the buyer's agent to still get us closed on time.
