I have had the pleasure to work with Kyle twice so far as a buyer. During our first transaction, I was new to Central Florida, and as such, he introduced me to several neighborhoods he thought would work well with where I wanted to be. I was also out of town during most of the transaction, so he personally viewed the property and took detailed photos and videos for me to review, and did the same during the walk-through prior to closing. He even found our initial property to be lacking based upon the listing agent's photos and what he saw in person, and at the risk of losing the transaction, promptly let me know. We ended up walking away from the initial property but then found a more impressive property in the same neighborhood at a similar price point within a week. During my second transaction with Kyle, I happened to find a listing online that just happened to be a "hot home" and the listing agent advertised that he had received multiple offers and would be presenting them within 2 days. I called Kyle that morning, told him I was interested, and once again he rushed over to the property to take videos and photos so that we could discuss our offer. Because of the demand, Kyle introduced me to the "escalation clause" which proved valuable as we were competing with multiple other offers. Within 48 hours of my call to Kyle, we were under contract, and because of his guidance and my trust in him, I bought my second property sight unseen, and I couldn't be happier.
