Niki was amazing! She sold our home in about a week and had our new home closed in about a month. Her knowledge and keen eye about all aspects of the house -structure, different systems, aesthetics, etc. - was priceless. She worked diligently with inspectors, lender and lawyer to make sure we closed as soon as possible. She quickly took care of any issues that arose and made the whole process a lot of fun. We will definitely use Niki for any future real estate purchases.
