Immediately after she got in contact with the seller's agent and found out more about the home. Our offer got accepted the next day. Throughout our viewing she was honest on the potential of a home and pointed out possible issues to ensure we understood what we could run into down the road. Her communication was always quick when it came to our questions and updated as needed. Highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who will walk you through the steps of buying or possibly selling if that is your situation. We do believe we got our money’s worth through her negotiation before our closing and even on our close date. Niki was present from the beginning to the day of our closing. Even after she was done representing us she would check-in to see how we were getting settled in.

Nicki helped us sell our home and now it was time to buy and she was the first person we called. Niki’s knowledge and expertise in all areas of purchasing a home was invaluable. She was extremely patience and flexible when it came to showings. When we finally found “the one” she had it closed in a month (just like when she sold our home!) Whenever issues came up, we made one phone call to Niki and she resolved them immediately. We know she did a lot behind the scenes (with the lender, seller, lawyer, etc.) to make this whole transaction happen and we will be forever grateful to her for doing that for us. Plus, she made the whole experience so much fun with a lot of laughs along the way. We have found a lifelong friend and agent in Niki. Niki was amazing. We were looking for a place to rent before we put our house up for sale and we were not having any luck. We talked with Niki and knew right away we wanted her to be our agent. Niki was amazing! She sold our home in about a week and had our new home closed in about a month. Her knowledge and keen eye about all aspects of the house -structure, different systems, aesthetics, etc. - was priceless. She worked diligently with inspectors, lender and lawyer to make sure we closed as soon as possible. She quickly took care of any issues that arose and made the whole process a lot of fun.
