Working with Elaine was a joy. We were from outside the area and she provided the expertise and local knowledge we needed. She went out of her way to be present for things we were unable to be there for and acted as our go between for any number of outside services, making sure we had options and great information in order to move forward. I honestly can't rate her highly enough. I've dealt with many different agents over the years and would happily go back to Elaine for any other business in her area. I'd give her more stars if I could!

Having Niki as a realtor was the best decision we made! She was able to get us top dollar in this fluctuating market and hedge our expectations with reality. We knew we wanted a quick sell and her knowledge of the market had our home listed for less than a week to get the amount we wanted. Niki was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process including taking the time to help stage the home for pictures and holding my hand when delays began towards closing. She truly listened to our needs and desires in this home buying process. Purchasing from across the country and site unseen had caused us a lot of anxiety and fear, but Nichole took the initiative to pull together content on potential prospects, prepared materials and documents, effectively managed communication lines, and ultimately silenced our fears and exceeded our expectations. While in contract, we had to step away for medical issues, and Nichole not only continued to follow-up with us, she made certain that the seller adhered to contract.
