Bailey and Nolan were very thorough in their listing of our home. The photos and videos showcased the home well and we had an offer in a week. We should have listed the house for $150k more than we did, but an offer in hand is better than no offers at all! We're moving back to Tennessee, but if I was buying or selling a house in this area, I would use them again.
