Katie made the process of marketing and selling our property seamless. Every step of the process was communicated in detail. The marketing of the house was done beautifully - included a drone video of the property and detailed pictures of the inside of the house. We felt informed at all times and the communication was with patience as the process and legal language was all new to us. While researching moving to North Carolina from Massachusetts we found Katie and Adriano’s YouTube channel. Meeting them over zoom there was an instant connection & we wanted them as our realtors. We arranged a four-day trip to view homes and Katie meticulously planned our itinerary. The first days homes were discouraging but Katie was always positive we would find the right house. Amy went above and beyond any expectations we had when it comes to home buying. This was our first purchase and she was very helpful and knowledgeable.
