Their knowledge of the market and the mechanics of selling helped us a great deal. They responded quickly and effectively when we had questions. Our property was more of a marketing challenge because of its size, price and smaller population of potential buyers. Katie and Adriano worked hard and effectively used their marketing expertise to expose our home to a pool of very picky and demanding buyers. Negotiations were very difficult at times but their advice and council was very helpful and effective.
