Steven, born and raised in Tenafly, New Jersey, until moving to Florida's East Coast in 1983. Married to his lovely Mary, who he met on the sands of Hollywood Beach in '84 ( yes 1984 ! ). Together they have one Son, Stanley Tyler, a 6x Pop Warner All American Scholar-Athlete, National Honors Society Member, Florida State University Biological Science Honors Major, Garnet and Gold Scholastic inductee, and Honors Graduate, recently accepted into The George Washington University's fall 2020 Graduate Program in Public Health & Epidemiology continuing his journey towards becoming a Doctor. Steven’s work ethics are a culmination of growing up in a Family-owned North Jersey Retail environment [Marcia's] and working in conjunction with two of South Florida’s Premier Waterfront Developers for over a decade. Relocating to the Gulf Coast in 2000, Steven has been a driving force within his Coastal Boating Community, the Developer's Representative from 2000 to 2010, a Multi-Million Dollar & Top Sales Associate. Steven, a proud supporter of his Son’s education & sports interests, included being a local youth volunteer assistant coach (2009-2013) for their Pop Warner West Pasco Prowlers Tackle Football Team. Beth was a delight to work with! She showed us...

Beth was a delight to work with! She showed us several homes until we found the one that fit us perfectly! We never felt pressured, Beth was always honest and straight forward with her opinions of the homes we viewed. If she saw an issue whether it was a stain in the ceiling or a crack in the homes structure, she would point it out even before we noticed it was there. She was always available and responded to every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night. I would highly recommend her and if I ever need a Realtor again hands down, she will be the one I call!

Wanda was amazing in helping us through the...

Wanda was amazing in helping us through the process of buying our home. The waked us through each step and explained things so that there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Wanda if you are looking to buy a home. Thanks again Wanda, we really love our new home!!

Steve Zimmerman really know his stuff !

Steve Zimmerman really know his stuff!!!! Steve is a waterfront specialist who also resides in the Gulf Harbors area. His knowledge of the canal systems, listings as well as the comps in the area goes back more than a decade, maybe even 2! He is responsive, dedicated and an excellent negotiator. He went above and beyond my expectations in his professionalism and was willing to do what ever it takes in my best interest. His opinions are candid and sound and I trust him with all my real-estate needs and recommend him very highly! ....and I used to be a realtor, so I am very picky!
