Shanna Grossman
Looking back at what I wrote a year ago…I still stand by what I said about Shanna Grossman and her team below! Shanna is a wonderful person to work with when selling your home! She is detail oriented, professional, knows her market even in our wonky times and is great at making super suggestions to get the top dollar for your home! Her team is creative and a wonderful asset in the selling process! I recommend her and Tinzie Realty 1000%. You will be very happy with the results! My husband and I have worked with Shanna Grossman for over a year now and have found her to be amazing at what she does! She is highly knowledgeable about the area / market, extremely professional when working with us and others, responds to any and all communications from us no matter how crazy the question may be! She is a person who posses much integrity for herself and pride in what she does. She has gone out of her way to help us be successful when renting and selling properties! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a business woman who will step up and do her best for you professionally, intelligently and with tons of positivity.

Shanna sold my home in 21 days full asking price. The house she sold was 22086 West Mira Vista in Congress, AZ 85332. You’re wasting your time if you chose another realtor or company. She will go above and beyond for anyone, and treats everyone like family.

Pat worked so hard for my family. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the area. She marketed the property very well and got it sold. We would use her again and again.
