We sold our home and bought a different home within 2 weeks. Shanna and her crew was instrumental in handling both. Though it was a whirlwind for us, I'm sure in wasn't easy for Tinzie Realty. Shanna was always ready to help show houses and answer questions. Jen, Shannas office manager, was wonderful setting up showings, getting messages to Shanna and helping us stay directed. Bailey was knowledgeable, always ready to be where we needed him to be and enjoyable to be around. They were all willing to go the extra mile for us in running from Wickenburg to Prescott, and, finally, New River. I am grateful they were my realtors. We have been working with Shanna for at least the last three years in all aspects of real estate...property management, commercial real estate and residential real estate. Shanna is a PROFESSIONAL! Three years ago we hired her to manage our rental property in Wickenburg. Since then it has never been empty. She screens our renters and keeps on top of all of the operational and administrative aspects. If there is an issue, she handles it immediately and smoothly. Our next adventure was a 1031 exchange she handled in less than a month. She found us a new, existing property that was perfect based on a simple casual conversation. Her advice about handling the deal was right on and it worked well for both us as the buyers as well as the seller. We then moved on to buying a residential property as we were selling our current house. She found the perfect property with a day or two, negotiated with the seller for some unusual demands that we had based on the issues from the sale of our house. Shanna is very knowledgeable, creative, accountable and reliable. She answered every call, every text and every email in the shortest possible time. When you are buying or selling a property, the thing you want most to feel confident that you are making the best move possible. We trust Shanna explicitly and what more can you ask of a realtor. I would recommend her to my friends (which I already have) without a qualm.
