My wife and I, California transplants to Wickerburg, AZ, retained Shanna to assist us in finding two homes in an area we idenified we wanted to live our new lives as I began my retirement. Shanna did an impeccable job in all aspects - the selection of initial homes to view, follow-up after I returned home empty handed, speedy submission of an offer when I found the ideal home, and driving a hard bargain in getting the seller to accept our offer. Then, she found the second home we wanted so our grandsons could live close to grandma and grandpa. The feather in her cap was she found one two houses away which was quite a feat given the competitive nature of the Wickenburg real estate market.
