I have had many real estate transactions in my lifetime. I must say, Shanna exceeded our expectations....especially during these unpredictable pandemic times. Everything should have been more challenging and frustrating but Shanna made it all seem so seamless and comfortable. By far, our easiest acquisition/ transaction. Her communication and commitment to the highest level of customer service was extremely evident and a breath of fresh air...I have a new go to and it is Shanna & Tinzie Realty.

My wife and I were looking for an income property in the Sun City West area. We spoke with several realtors and property managers. Of all of them Shanna and her her provided the best, most timely information for us to make decisions. I wish all of my business dealing went as well as this one did with Shanna's help. Since closing, we did some light updates and rented our property through Shanna's team. It been an extremely positive experience. All of this said I don't want too many people starting to work with her team, I may need her again soon. But seriously, I couldn't recommend anyone higher.

My wife and I, California transplants to Wickerburg, AZ, retained Shanna to assist us in finding two homes in an area we idenified we wanted to live our new lives as I began my retirement. Shanna did an impeccable job in all aspects - the selection of initial homes to view, follow-up after I returned home empty handed, speedy submission of an offer when I found the ideal home, and driving a hard bargain in getting the seller to accept our offer. Then, she found the second home we wanted so our grandsons could live close to grandma and grandpa. The feather in her cap was she found one two houses away which was quite a feat given the competitive nature of the Wickenburg real estate market. Again, she helped submit a speedy offer so we were first in line with the seller and our offer was accepted. We were ecstatic! Now, both homes are ours and it's a dream come true! During the final week, there were closing hiccups but they did not delay our closings because Shanna was there every minute we needed her and she was persistent and relentless in seeing both homes close on the same day! Her job isn’t done because now she is helping us with new real estate investments and I have no doubt we’ll be pleased with what she does for us. Shanna Grossman is a 5-star real estate professional who I highly recommend.
