Marsha was a tremendous help in not only selling our old house but also in purchasing our new home. We, unfortunately, picked one of the most difficult times to shop for a house. COVID-19 restrictions made everything from viewing homes to having inspections completed much more difficult than in normal times, but Marsha was always available and able to answer any of our questions, get in contact with fantastic inspectors and talk us through anything at every step of the way. I couldn't imagine the nightmare it would have been trying to buy a home at this time without a realtor like Marsha there to help us. Marsha is everything we were hoping in a buying agent and more. When we began looking at houses, we didn’t have much experience as we were looking for our first home. No amount of “stars” could accurately represent our satisfaction with Tim as our realtor. Through this process there was never room for doubt that we had chosen the absolute best realtor to sell our home. Given the current stare of our nation navigating through the pandemic it was difficult going into the selling process not knowing how we were going to be affected by our limitations. However Tim and his staff of realtors have gone above and beyond to assure safety and somehow make the stay-at-home order a non issue in terms of Conveniently executing the sale of our home. I don't even know where to start. Tim is one of a kind. He truly is like no other agent you will deal with. We had a very unique situation with the house we were purchasing, and it took us 8 months to finalize the process. If it wasn't for Tim, we may have lost the opportunity to purchase this house. Prior to this purchase, we had been out bid 3 times on homes we loved. Because of Tim, we always knew something bigger and better was just around the corner. He always put us at ease! Tim has quickly and efficiently sold two houses for us and assisted with buying our current home. He has also sold properties for other family members. When we decided to buy a house, a friend recommended working with Tim Dunham Realty, saying Tim was great and that they had also heard great things about Marsha. We ended up asking to work with Marsha, and are so glad we did! As first time homebuyers, we knew nothing about the process, the market, etc. She immediately answered all questions we had, by email, text and phone call, even on nights and weekends. She walked us through the process, recommended houses, and got us in to see houses that we were interested in very quickly. Marsha was very realistic, knowledgeable, answered our questions honestly, and was always looking out for our best interests. She also recommended amazing people for home inspections, sewer inspections, etc., and saved us quite a bit of money by working with such high quality professionals.
