Keith was an awesome realtor. I lived out of state so he handled everything. From transitioning the tenants out, to prepping the property for sale, finding us the best contractor to do repairs. Also navigating quite an issue with a water pipe in the middle of a sale, all while keeping the buyer interested. Keith has a very warm and friendly personality and quite the go getter attitude. Our experience with The Real Estaters could not have been better. I flew in from out of State to look at the house, and I didn't have a computer or internet while I was here. I worked with Keith. He worked around my schedule and called me to arrange the details. He met me at his office and we filled out the paperwork for the initial offer. The rest was done electronically after I flew back to our previous residence. I didn't have a lot of time to get this all done, and Keith took care of all of the details including the Title Company. Having to deal with the sale of our house, and purchase a house in another State was stressful. With Keith's help, we were able to coordinate the Close of Escrow on our old house with the Close of Escrow on our new house, and we were able to move in on closing. I didn't think that would be possible. Keith went out of his way to help us as the buyers, while representing the seller. I would not only recommend Keith and The Real Estaters, I will call them if I ever move again. That's the highest compliment I can give.

I have known Keith for many years. He was always helpful I answering questions such as appropriate rents in the area even though he was not dealing with the property. Keith has sold properties for a few colleagues of mine and they have all been very happy with his service. Kieth sold a property for me in Long Beach when the market was depressed and obtained a good price. Open house was done frequently and the property sold relatively quickly considering the market at the time. I have developed a close working relationship with Kieth and he now manages two rental properties for me.
