Someone recommended Lou to me and he did a great job selling our townhouse. Being out of the area, I had to rely on Lou to get the property ready for sale. That meant securing contractors, electricians, cleaning services and others. He scheduled everyone and in most cases, met them at the site. This was not an expensive property but Lou put a lot of time and hard work into it as if it were and got it sold quickly. And most importantly, he is a nice guy and so easy to work with.
