Lou and his team know the area and more importantly know the market, gauging when best to list, and how to list and stage, and everything in between. As the title says, my experience buying a house with Lou was exceptional. Lou was at all times professional, respectful and helpful, and I never had an unsatisfying interaction with him. He's a great communicator and was always in touch, even during those down periods of the process where nothing much is happening. He was able to understand the type of house I was looking for so well that when my dream house listed, he knew right away that it was the one, and within an hour I had a showing scheduled. He has an extremely strong understanding of the market and is good at explaining things, which taught me a lot about not only the current (and maybe future) market, but also the real estate business in general. He is also very knowledgeable about potential problems, such as a leaky roof or outdated windows. Working with Lou was an absolute pleasure and I can't recommend him highly enough.
