Lou Muscella and Deb Hagan worked as a team to sell our home. Let me start by saying the selling process is indeed a "process". Selling a home after 20 years is exhausting physically and emotionally, and to that end, We were happy we had their support! Lou and Deb assisted us in taking little baby steps over a two week timeframe to prepare our home for sale, and to also mentally prepare us to take the big step of listing our home of 20 years. Deb assisted us in staging our home. Her background in photography was a needed touch when it came to staging. Lou did most of the negotiations and we trusted his expertise as his real estate experience spanned over 25 years. Lou guaranteed me from the start that everything would go as planned. He insisted to place any worries we had in his hands. Lou laid out a timeline for photography, showings, inspections etc. In our case, we needed this timeline as an extra motivational push. With the assistance of Lou and Deb, our part was effortless. Home was sold in 3 days!
