I honestly chose John due to his high rate on Zillow. I am grateful that I made the wise decision to do so, because I was very impressed! The rates speak for their selves. When I came to John I was frustrated and stressed out from other less dedicated realtors. My situation was unique however John was very very patient, honest and open with me. He helped me in areas that other realtors would not. In the middle of him patiently waiting he still stayed connected and in touch to see how our waiting process was going. I appreciated his humbleness, loyalty and dedication. John was very professional, down to earth, motivated, had great energy, was very experienced, knowledgeable and dependable and always found the better way. He made the process go by smoothly and made sure that we were very clear on every detail. If there was anything that he was unsure of he made sure he got us answers within minutes. John was very responsive and not hard to get in contact with. Him and Melissa were on one accord and organized as well, providing synced instructions and details leaving no confusion. John did an amazing job getting our house sold and an amazing job making sure we got the new house we wanted. What should have been a super stressful time getting our house under contract, getting under contract on our new house, and closing on both them ended up being a breeze because John took care of it. I would highly recommend John to anyone in search of a realtor! My WIfe and I had the opprotunity to spend a few months in Greenville while we were here for business and absolutely fell in love with the area. We have recently moved back and needed to find a property that fit us both. The problem is we still didn't know the area all that well. Thats where John comes in. John has been outstanding to work with. He has been patient and really got to know us so he could understand what we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable and more importantly, he is honest. I have come across realtors who only see their clients as a commission and therefore do not have your best interests in mind. John is the complete opposite. He has been kind, responsive and upfront about the whole process. My Wife and I are greatful to have found someone of is caliber.
