Amy did an excellent job guiding us through the negotiation and closing of the property. She was an excellent negotiator with both purchase price and selling the furniture. Since we were out of town she set up the inspections and the virtual closing along with recommending a painter and closing attorney. She also assisted our builder on remodeling the unit prior to our moving in. Would highly recommend Amy, She is the best realtor we have worked with and this was the 11th property we have purchased.
