Honestly can't say enough good things about Jennifer. I was stationed in CA at the time looking for homes when Covid hit and I was unable to go look at the homes in person. She not only was able to get all the answers from all my questions (I'm sure too many questions) but she even took the time to video each home I was interested in. Even after being in contract for a home she still routinely checked in on me. Even after my home closing got pushed back a few times she made sure it wasn't going to affect me and my move here. This was my first home purchase and she made it alot easier and less stressful for sure. She was patient but made sure to get me the help I needed in a timely manner. I'm certain you'll find nobody else better!

We have found John through an internet search, he was the first who called after we provided our info. He immediately explained how the process will go (we were first time home buyers), and promptly provided valuable information about how to find a mortgage broker. And, of course, he started to send lists of houses based on what we were looking for. As we started to visit homes for sell, he was very sensitive to our needs, immediately adjusted the lists. During the house visits he provided good information about the location of the houses, construction types, interior designs, etc. Whenever we had a question, he answered promptly, even in the weekends. He gave good advice while we were making our proposals for the selected house, and mediated excellently with the sellers. Overall, John combines the dynamics and knowledge, professionalism and humor, and promptness and flexibility. If you need a realtor, John Murphy should be your #1 Agent! John won me over from the beginning... I originally listed our home as a FSBO in 2017 just to test the market and John reached out to offer his assistance. He was not pushy nor demanding, and he didn't even really discourage me from going down the FSBO road. Instead, he offered me some advice and even provided the contact information for a local photographer who took some amazing photos of our home. I knew then that if I ever needed a realtor, John would be the one and I told him as much. We had some traffic but after about 30 days we decided not to sell. Fast forward to 2019 and we became serious about selling. I called John and began the conversation. We agreed to list in the spring of 2020 but in mid-January John advised that go ahead and list on 1 February. We reluctantly agreed. The rest is history. Dues to his keen timing of the market and ability to market our home, we had multiple offers within the first 10 days of listing. We settled on an offer that was well over our asking price! Throughout the entire process, John was with us every step of the way. He kept us informed of every little detail and ensured the transaction closed on time. He took my FSBO sign and added it to his collection. We also partnered with John when searching for our new home. He worked tirelessly to show us 30-40 homes until we found the perfect one. I should add that weren't easy to please. But John opened the 40th door with the same optimism and professionalism as he did the 1st door. He completed the purchase transaction of our new home with the same attention to detail as he did the selling of our old home. Through some stressful situations, John was always pleasant and patient. John was our realtor in 2016 when we moved to Greenville. When we decided to move this year, it was an easy decision to call him up. And it wasn't like it had been three years since we talked-John does an excellent job of staying in touch with his clients throughout the years just to be a resource and a friend. We must have looked at a dozen homes with John in fairly short order. He was accommodating of our schedule and patient with us as we continued to not find what we were looking for. John was the one who suggested we look at new construction, which wound up being the route we went. It's easy to think that when buying a brand new home that you don't need a realtor. Having John on our team to ask the questions we didn't know to ask was so valuable. When we found the new construction house that we loved, we didn't want to let it get away. So we placed our faith in John that we would be able to sell our current home in a timely manner. John worked with us to get our house on the market within the week. John's advice on where to price the house was spot on. We actually wound up having multiple offers all within the first 72 hours. We were able to get over our asking price and close on the sale of our old house about three weeks after we closed on our new house. We didn't have to float two mortgage payments and we had the bonus of taking our time with the move. If you're looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond for you, John is your man. My mom and I worked with John to purchase my first home for me and my two younger children and I really can’t say enough good things about him.
