Please understand, I am not someone that ever writes reviews, but I sure do read them ..lol. I usually scroll down to the ppl that give 4's because I figure they are the most honest. Unfortunately, I seriously can't do that for John. He is beyond a 5* in every category. Right off the start, he didn't look at the issues of my house but all the possibilities. He was excited and positive throughout the whole sale experience. No sale is a 100% smooth, but with any issue at all he was right there, the first one calling to solve the problem, and always keeping me in the loop. I never had to chase him down or direct him to make calls. He was on top of everything! It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I would absolutely recommend him hands down!!!

Highly recommend John if you're looking to sell your home for top dollar! John knew the market well enough to list our house very aggressively and we still received over asking price. John was also very responsive the whole time, always answering my texts very promptly and providing updates consistently. We have used several agents in the past to sell/buy and with John we had the best experience (not even close to be honest). It felt like working with a trusted friend rather than strictly a business transaction. We're looking forward to working with John again when we're ready to buy!
