Over the past 30 years, we have personally bought and sold more than 15 properties, navigating multiple market cycles—including the 2007–2008 housing crisis. Prior to real estate, I spent years in a Fortune 50 career with PepsiCo as a Director of National Sales, while David built his career in sales management. We transitioned full-time into real estate over a decade ago, combining our negotiation expertise, leadership backgrounds, and operational precision to guide more than 200 clients through buying, selling, and complex advisory transactions. We treat our clients’ investments with the same care and scrutiny we apply to our own. Hello! I am Katie Hershiser-Jones. My husband and I are the team leaders at the Hershiser-Jones Group, a unified force of 5 Realtors in the Central Florida area. 💪 Over the past 30 years, David and I have personally bought and sold over 15 of our own homes, all in excellent locations yielding great returns due to strategic improvements, renovations, and rising value in the areas we purposefully chose; we were even successful through the housing crisis of 2007-2008. David and I felt the bubble coming due to seeing costs per square foot ratios that we had never seen in our entire lifetime...we sold our properties, rented for a few years, and waited for it all to burst. For many, it was a sad time. For us, it was the beginning of a new chapter. During the crisis, we helped many of our in-need friends get out early, and for others, we helped deal with the financial damage through intelligent/creative negotiations against banks and lenders. People found our work at that time excellent and began referring us. That's how our career of assisting others in real estate started. 15 years ago, we we decided to transition out of my Fortune 50 career with Pepsi as a VP of Sales, and David's career in sales management, into full-time real estate careers. We have a passion for serving others and have helped over 240 clients with purchasing, selling, and advising transactions over the last 10 years. Katie and David were great to work with. They knew about everything that needed to get done with timelines. Even when I wasn't in the state, they did great to communicate everything that was happening at the moment.
