I was extremely fortunate to have friends that led me to Katie to represent me as my realestate agent. “Realtor” really does not do justice to the level of representation and support that you are guaranteed to receive with Katie. She always had my back and made those deal saving decisions if I was about to panic. Her expertise as a negotiator was more valuable than I could ever say! My trust in her was absolutely justified. She negotiated a higher sales price for my home while negotiating a lower price on my purchase. Doing this within 2 weeks is not for the faint of heart. Some of the suggestions for negotiation were not short of brilliant. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, Katie was the all important key to selling my beachfront condo (in a currently very challenging Results market) and buying my new home, all within two weeks from offer to close. Katie would also often contact all of the peripheral entities when it became overwhelming trying to keep all of the balls in the air. This was definitely above and beyond I have known any other agent offer. I am absolutely positive that I would not be in my new dream home if I had any other Realtor! Katie is an amazing agent! My past experiences, with some very good (and not so good) Realestate agents do not come close to the attention, support, and guidance I experienced with Katie. She always had my back and always made sure I understood what I needed to do. This may not sound like much, but is is a monumental task to sell one condo and purchase another in a two week time period. I very well may have lost the condo of my dreams if not for Katie’s expertise. She knew exactly “when to hold them and when to fold them”! She also kept me on target with all of the signature and phone call deadlines, all the while. Checking to make sure there were no errors. I can guarantee that I never would have been able to stay on top of all of the fast moving cogs in the wheel without her help!
