She is the consummate professional going far above and beyond in her efforts to help me in my out of state home search. Any buyer or seller in the greater Orlando area would be lucky to have her as an advocate. She was tireless in her effort to find homes that met my criteria and even personally did a walk through by Facetime of the home I was interested in buying. It saved me so much time. Once we found the right home, Katie helped me figure out the best home insurance company, cable tv company, local mattress stores, and so on. Since I’m not from Florida her recommendations were much appreciated. Once the closing date was set, Katie even offered to stock my new home with groceries because she knew my flight to Boston would be tiring!
