Lawanda, Alfonso and the whole Flores Group are phenomenal! It was our first time buying a house and they made it the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to ensure we found our dream house during our PCS even with being hours away. I would definitely recommend the Flores Group to EVERYBODY! Thank you to the whole team!
I'm so happy we went with the Flores Team. Our relationship started more than a year before we closed. It was possible to complete the process long distance but we decided to wait. During that time EVERY SINGLE question was answered making us comfortable and ready to jump in as soon as we arrived in the area. Marcellas, our agent was AMAZING. Not only was she a fierce advocate on our behalf, she offered knowledgeable advice and guidance. This was our first home buying experience so naturally we were nervous and way out of our element. However, I would say if you want to feel comfortable, and have people who have people with your best interests at heart advocating for you, go with the Flores Team. Thank you Marcellas, Alfonso, and Julie. We're enjoying our new home.
Julie and Alfonso were the best. They never pressured and were willing to work around our unforgiving schedules.
The Flores Team is an all-inclusive, white glove service. We are a military family and we bought a home from half a country away. When we found a home we were interested in, Julie was there the next day scoping it out and taking video for us. Lawanda attended the inspection and video called us afterwards to discuss with the inspector. She also arranged for the locks to be changed over after closing and attended that ...even going so far as to cover the cash payment to the locksmith so we could pay her back electronically since we were still not in the area. Alfonso is also very passionate about the area which shows during his facebook videos on neighborhoods and happenings in the Palmetto State. Bottom line: 1. The Flores team works seamlessly together to take care of their clients. 2. Extremely responsive via phone call and text. 3. Specializes in military moves. 4. Passionate and knowledgeable about the areas in which they operate. 5. Goes the extra mile (or two) to take care of their clients. I would recommend the Flores team to all of my friends, family, and fellow military families. You cannot go wrong here.
Where to begin? When I first got in contact with Alfonso we had no intention of selling and knowing that he still answered every one of our questions and helped refer us to reliable people that could assist in property management. He never once pressured us to sell. On our own accord, we later decided to sell and got in contact with him again. Not only did he and his team exceed every expectation of a realtor, they went above and beyond to help us and make the transaction as smooth, seamless, and least stressful as possible. Between answering constant questions for us as first time sellers (never once getting upset or annoyed of them), creating a amazing listing for our home, getting us the perfect offer that met our needs, keeping in constant contact and updating us, referring us to people for repairs we needed, all the way up to helping us after closing with temporary housing. We have learned how big of a difference having an exceptional realtor has on this process. I would recommend this team to anyone and everyone thinking of buying or selling their home in the area.
The Alfonso team was great! They made our first home buying experience enjoyable. We had some hiccups with the different mortgage companies we were looking at and Julie guided us and gave us advice to help make the right choice along with going to multiple houses and giving her honest opinion on each. This ultimately led to us finding the perfect first home. Thank you so much!
I highly recommend working with The Flores Team! My husband and I were pcsing to the area and Julie was at our new build all the time taking videos to send to us to keep us updated. They were quick to respond to any questions and made us feel comfortable with the process.
The Flores team is amazing, anyone we worked with was truly kind and friendly. Julie and Alfanso was always quick to answer our questions and concerns. They always gave us advice that was best for us, and made sure we understood the whole buying process. When we started our home buying process it was in the beginning of 2021 when the market was tough and Julie tried her hardest to find exactly what we wanted in the crazy market, and she did with limited houses available. They truly were all awesome to work with and I would work with them again. I highly recommend them!
Julie and Alfonso were available to help from day 1 helping us look for rentals, then switching gears to purchase a home. Our first contract fell through, and Julie jumped on it to help us find a new home quickly. They were available to answer our questions and so helpful the entire time. Highly recommend them!
I would definitely recommend the Flores team to anyone looking for a home. From the first phone call with Alfonso, I knew this was the team for us. You can tell they love their love and aren’t in it for money. Lawanda went out of her way when things didn’t work out with the first home. We were close to giving up on buying a home but she kept us motivated finding a home that we love. Thank you Flores team for all that you’ve done for us!
We are a military family of 7… yes 7 that was located in Southern Arizona and had PCS orders for fort Jackson. My husband and me heard about the Flores team online and learned they were prior military! I told them what we were looking for, our report date, and they quickly began working. They answered every question I had even if it was crazyyyy (first time home buyers) in a timely manner, and even went overboard with answering the question! Lawanda went to our new home weekly and sent us a video of the progress. They were very honest about how the market was, and what to expect! I am veryyyyy pleased with Alfonso, Julie and Lawanda!!! Lawanda was our primary realtor, but all 3 helped us at some point. I highly recommend them. We had a great experience and would not think twice about using them again!!!
Nothing but professionals and can answer any question you have. 10/10 I recommend the Flores team!
