We're so grateful to The Flores Team for helping us accomplish buying and selling our home. They showed great communication at all times and great counsel. Thank you for giving us such a great experience as realtors turned friends. Alfonso and Julie are so knowledgeable and will go above and beyond.
Alfonso and the Flores Group team are amazing we don't have enough words to describe such a great experience we had working with them! Alfonso was always quick to answer our questions and concerns. They always gave us the best advice that was best for us, and made sure we understood the whole buying process. When we started our home buying process we were a little nervous and concerned for all the things we heard out there. But after we meet Alfonso and His team all doubts and concerns disappeared. They truly were all awesome to work with and very patient with us. I would definitely work with them again. We highly recommend them! Shout out to Alfonso and the Flores Group realty keep up the amazing work !!!!! đź‘Ź
Marcella and the Flores realty group were absolutely outstanding helping my wife and I find a dream home for our little man! Marcella used a lot of her personal time in order to answer all of our questions and make sure that our transition was flawless.
Military family moving from Alaska and first time buying a home and the experience could not have been a better one thanks to the Flores Group. We had the pleasure of working primarily with Marcella and she along with everyone else is the best. She made us feel like we were her only client with how much time she devoted to us making our entire home buying process as stress free as possible. We are so grateful to have been recommended to them!
Alfonso and his team exceeded our expectations and mange to sell our home in under 7 days, from start to finish he made every step of the way as easy as possible for us during this PCS move across the U.S. to California!
Alfanso with The Flores Group at eXp Realty has been amazing, we worked with them 3 years ago when we came to Fort Jackson to buy are home and they have always kept in touch and invited us to events that they have put on which have all been so great and the kids have a blast. We used them again when we needed to sell and again nothing but the best always, on top of everything and very communicative in the whole process. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication to their clients. If you ever need a Relator I highly recommend their team you will not be disappointed!!!
Alfonso and Julie were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did they help us buy our home in South Carolina, they helped us sell our home 2 years later when having to relocate. They were very proactive in constantly communicating with us in every step of the purchase and selling. Extremely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. If we move back to South Carolina, we will definitely be using them again.
Absolutely incredible experience. My wife spoke to Julie about what builder she loved and the type of house we were looking for. She executed all of my wife’s wishes. Following Alfonso did an amazing job at communicating any meetings, inspections, and closings. It was truly a remarkable experience. If you are military whether it’s active, reserve, or national guard. The Flores Group is knowledgeable and understands it all from report dates to tax exemptions to assumptions. Thank you Flores Group for making our dream home become a reality and welcoming to Columbia.
I don’t even know how to start this review. Military family stationed in Alaska worried about how we were going to start the process of buying a home from miles and miles away, not being present to shop for a home, time difference, not being familiar with the area and trying to decide on what side of town to live in. The ENTIRE Flores Group took care of it all. We had the honor to work with each and every one of them. Alfonso and Julie ensured we were comfortably settled in and made us feel like a part of their family, were always present and there for the entire process! Marcella drove all over to show us homes, providing us with so much information, listened to all my needs/wants and most importantly kept in touch with us since day one! She never hesitated to go out of her way to walk a home for us. An absolute workaholic. She definitely made this process smooth and easy. The Flores Group is hands down the best group.
Alfonso was amazing , we was stationed at fort Carson,CO and was moving to South Carolina . So we was worried to buy with out being there to see the house . Alfonso went out and would take pictures and videos for us so we could see the status of the house being built. We love our house and so happy we went with there team !
It was our first time purchasing a home, so we were all over the place. I met Julie on facebook and from day one she has been so amazing. We felt so comfortable speaking to her, she introduced us to Marcella who was going to help us find out dream home. I cant tell you how great she was, she listened to what we were looking for and nailed every house we looked at. We finally found our home and it was with the help of the Flores group. We were living in Kentucky the time of purchasing so we couldn’t be here to do the walk thru or to get all utilities done but they helped us with everything, they made the process so easy and so great. Even when we had to come back for the closing they helped with a airbnb so that me and my family were comfortable through this whole process. They have become part of my family and I am so blessed we found them. I would definitely recommend them, if you are looking for a home you will not regret it. Thank you Flores Group for everything you’ve done for us.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Alfonso and Lawanda. Alfonso answered all of our questions in the beginning with purchasing a home under a VA loan and what to expect. Lawanda showed us homes and was right there with us till closing, she was professional and friendly. She listened to all of our needs and assisted us in getting into a home right before Christmas, we cannot thank her enough!!
