Absolutely incredible experience. My wife spoke to Julie about what builder she loved and the type of house we were looking for. She executed all of my wife’s wishes. I don’t even know how to start this review. Military family stationed in Alaska worried about how we were going to start the process of buying a home from miles and miles away, not being present to shop for a home, time difference, not being familiar with the area and trying to decide on what side of town to live in. The ENTIRE Flores Group took care of it all. We had the honor to work with each and every one of them. Alfonso and Julie ensured we were comfortably settled in and made us feel like a part of their family, were always present and there for the entire process! Marcella drove all over to show us homes, providing us with so much information, listened to all my needs/wants and most importantly kept in touch with us since day one! She never hesitated to go out of her way to walk a home for us. An absolute workaholic. She definitely made this process smooth and easy. The Flores Group is hands down the best group.
Alfonso was amazing , we was stationed at fort Carson,CO and was moving to South Carolina . So we was worried to buy with out being there to see the house . Alfonso went out and would take pictures and videos for us so we could see the status of the house being built. We love our house and so happy we went with there team !
It was our first time purchasing a home, so we were all over the place. I met Julie on facebook and from day one she has been so amazing. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Alfonso and Lawanda. Alfonso answered all of our questions in the beginning with purchasing a home under a VA loan and what to expect. Lawanda showed us homes and was right there with us till closing, she was professional and friendly. I'm so happy we went with the Flores Team. Our relationship started more than a year before we closed. It was possible to complete the process long distance but we decided to wait. During that time EVERY SINGLE question was answered making us comfortable and ready to jump in as soon as we arrived in the area. Marcellas, our agent was AMAZING. Not only was she a fierce advocate on our behalf, she offered knowledgeable advice and guidance. This was our first home buying experience so naturally we were nervous and way out of our element. Julie and Alfonso were the best. They never pressured and were willing to work around our unforgiving schedules.
The Flores Team is an all-inclusive, white glove service. We are a military family and we bought a home from half a country away. When we found a home we were interested in, Julie was there the next day scoping it out and taking video for us. Lawanda attended the inspection and video called us afterwards to discuss with the inspector. She also arranged for the locks to be changed over after closing and attended that ...even going so far as to cover the cash payment to the locksmith so we could pay her back electronically since we were still not in the area. Alfonso is also very passionate about the area which shows during his facebook videos on neighborhoods and happenings in the Palmetto State. Bottom line: 1. The Flores team works seamlessly together to take care of their clients. 2. Extremely responsive via phone call and text. 3. Specializes in military moves. 4. Passionate and knowledgeable about the areas in which they operate. 5. Goes the extra mile (or two) to take care of their clients.
