Alfonso and his team were able to quickly and efficiently put our house on the market while working with a tight timeline. We were selling and buying in a different state due to a last minute PCS so there were a lot of moving parts, Alfonso was great at communicating making sure we stayed on top of things.
They were so easy to work with, even while in a different country. They were always available if we had questions and kept us informed every step of the way!
After 2 not so good experiences of buying houses I was dreading having to sell but Alfonso and his team were on it. There were no surpises or setbacks. He knew all the people needed to get the house sold. It was so easy and stress free I would 100% recommend Alfonso to anyone!
The Flores team was very helpful and patient. Working around my schedule to view houses and explaining parts of the buying process that I didn't understand going in. Despite quite a few setbacks and pivots, the whole team stayed patient and continued to assist me kindly throughout the process. Their website is much easier to use to cherry pick which houses you want to view in a specific area.
We used Alfonso and Julie both for the purchase and sale of our house. They were extremely knowledgeable and extremely easy to contact with any questions we had throughout either process. They provided essential market information when we were selling and priced our house very competitively while maximizing our profit as much as possible. We would 100% recommend this outstanding duo to anyone looking for a house in this area!
My older home took a little longer to sell than I hoped but if I had listened to Alfonzo from the start it probably would have gone quicker. They were very patient with me and available for all my concerns. Very helpful. I trust this group and will use them again.
I was surprised at the number of services they provided throughout our contract and sale. The advertising video was professionally done. The open houses were frequent. I don’t believe we could have finished the sale without their help in providing contractors to correct problems pointed out by the inspector. It was truly an overall wonderful experience. Thank you Marcella, Julie and Alfonso for making this such a positive and professional experience!
The Flores team made the home buying process so easy, even from a different state. They were very easy to get ahold of when we had questions, provided lots of information to answer any questions we had(for example school districts or VA loan questions) They were also willing to show us homes via video call or sending videos. The home buying process was a breeze with the Flores team
Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a good experience and got the house we wanted. Thank you!!
Lawanda Dildy was my realtor. She was great, very patient and went above and beyond. She found me exactly what I was looking for.
I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Marcella as our real estate agent. From the very beginning, Marcella has been incredibly accommodating and dedicated to ensuring our move was as smooth as possible. Moving from out of state is never easy, but Marcella went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and informed every step of the way. We encountered several issues with our builder during the process, and Marcella was a steadfast advocate for us. She navigated the complexities with grace and determination, always having our back and fighting for our best interests. Her commitment to us during those challenging times was truly remarkable and made a world of difference. Even after the sale of our home was finalized, Marcella continues to offer her assistance and support. Her dedication to her clients doesn’t end at closing; she genuinely cares about their well-being and satisfaction. Marcella has been a pillar of support in our transition, helping with everything from local recommendations to follow-up on outstanding issues with the house. Beyond her professional excellence, Marcella is a fantastic person with a big heart. She is kind, and empathetic, and truly wants the best for her clients. Her warm personality and genuine care make her not just a great real estate agent, but also a wonderful person to have on your side during such an important life transition. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate and dedicated, Marcella is the perfect choice. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us and cannot recommend her highly enough.
When I started looking for a home, I did not plan to use a realtor. I’m OCD and very detail oriented. I knew I could do it on my own. Then I met Lawanda with the Flores group. She was wonderful. She was cheerful and positive but not overly enthusiastic. I appreciated how she talked to my 16 year old daughter about her military history and answered questions she had. We all definitely bonded during our first encounter. She was doing an open house we viewed and ended up getting my information and sent me a few homes I had not yet seen in all of my research. I had not signed anything at that point. She continued to answer my questions. She never pressured me in the slightest to sign with her. I finally realized she had gained my trust and it was much easier on me to have someone else do the work. I was exhausted with it all and at that point, I already loved her. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. I have referred and will continue to refer anyone I can her way. I didn’t deal much with the rest of the group on a personal level the way I did with Lawanda but the experience was still a positive one. I actually met another agent during this process who was apparently very familiar with Alfonso and his wife. She didn’t know Lawanda but quickly interrupted me happily saying if I was working with someone from his group, I was in good hands. She continued to praise them. It’s always nice to hear another agent from a different group say such wonderful things. I already felt like I was with good people but after that encounter, I felt even more peace. I’m so thankful Lawanda came into my life. My process was very stressful. She was always there for me. I honestly could not have asked for anything more from her. I definitely recommend this group!
