Great experience working with Brandy and her team for our home buying and selling! We truly appreciate all her efforts to make this process as seamless as possible. She took the time to understand our needs, wants, and obstacles to accomplish our goals. Anyone who has ever bought/sold a home knows there are always some things that happen which are out of anyone’s control. Even when things didn’t go as expected(not within our teams control) she stepped up to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for all your time helping our family make this transition possible.

Brandy was great to work with. The process of acquiring our home took well over a year and she proactively helped coordinate with all the necessary parties and ping when things were not moving as scheduled. She and her team are who you want to advocate for you!

Brandy is the best! She helped us buy our new construction house and was on top of every single detail in the home buying process. We were new to the building process and she was our greatest teacher and advocate. We had a newborn right when we started and I can’t even begin to explain how Brandy went above and beyond to make sure the process was as stress free and smooth as possible for us. She genuinely cares about her clients and we knew we were in the best hands possible with her by our side throughout the entire process. We look forward to working with her in the future and will recommend her to all of our family and friends in the mean time!

Brandy was exceptional! She was so patient with us during our house hunt. She was always available by phone or email and responded SO QUICKLY! Once we found our forever home she was in constant communication to make the next steps easy and smooth! We really enjoyed our time with Brandy and although we would use her again hopefully we wont have to … because she found us the perfect home!

My daughter and I invited Brandy and her associate to visit with us regarding the sale of my home and locating another home.Brandy asked many pertinent questions regarding my needs/wishes for my next home. After a lengthy Q&A, we felt Brandy was a good 'fit' to help me find exactly what I was looking for in my next home. We visited several homes in the next few weeks. With each visit, we began to further narrow our search - to find a home which met my specific requests. Fortunately, for me, she was very diligent and located a home that I agreed was a great fit for me.I highly recommend Brandy to assist someone's search for a new home.

Brandy is a great realtor. She’s been supportive throughout the entire process. This has been a hard market to buy in but she helped us maneuver through this so that we could find a wonderful home that was well within our price range. One thing that I really appreciate about Brandy is she included my 3 children in the process. My kids range from 8-16 and she listened to each of them as they explained what they think is important in homes. She took the time to get to know each of us and I value those personal touches that you rarely get anymore. At the end of our home buying experience, I really feel that Brandy is a friend not just our realtor. I’m very comfortable recommending her to all of our friends.

Brandy was our realtor during this crazy 2022 market! From the beginning, Brandy was organized and very thorough when explaining the home buying process to my husband and I. It was evident that she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. When we met to see a home, she was always early to the appointment and was able to crunch the numbers right away in order for us to make an offer within a few hours. In addition, she was ALWAYS available to see a home at the drop of a hat, which is so important in this market. Brandy communicated with us regularly through email, text, and calls no matter what time of day it was. She always checked in with us to make sure all of our questions were answered. Overall, she is an excellent realtor and we are so grateful for her. Without her, we truly believe we would not have been as successful in purchasing our first home. THANK YOU BRANDY!

It’s time for a quick story about a real estate agent who is unlike any other. It all started in 2017 when the Great Bambino of real estate agents, Brandy Nemergut came into our life to help us find our first home! The market was hot, but we were determined to find a piece of property with a large backyard and the garage in the back. AND in central Orange County, CA…. Were we out of our minds? Maybe. Like a leopard chasing down a zebra uphill, Brandy went to work! She found us our perfect starter home right down the street from Disneyland that checked all the boxes! Fast forward to 2021. My wife and I were on the hunt again and were planning to relocate our family right outside of Raleigh. Immediately we called our go to, Brandy to help us get the job done! In a market where the supply is at record lows and people are offering tens of thousands over asking price, Brandy got us into our home with just 2 offers! The buying process went down smoother than a cup of coffee and Baileys on a cold winter night! The end. Anticlimactic, I know! BUT, other than getting your keys, that’s how home buying should be! ??If you are looking for an agent who will treat you right, listen to your needs and make sure you can check every important item off your list when buying or selling a home, you don’t need to look any further! P.S. Seriously, just stop looking. Click the contact button. You’re already in the right spot if you’re reading this.
