Brandy from the first day I spoke with her had taken her time to get to know me and my family. She went out of her way to meet me and buy me coffee and a treat and go over all of my home buying wants/needs. When we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, Brandy helped guide us through each step and process and helped us through any obstacles that came our way. She was always quick to reach out and respond back to my messages. She was very knowledgeable and great at explaining what we needed to do. During our walkthrough Brandy even took time out to help me with my kids when she knew I needed help and even helped me finish writing some blessings on the wall. I am truly grateful for the kindness and help that Brandy has given our family during this exciting time in our lives. On closing day Brandy even gave us a beautiful welcome home gift! Our Story started in June 2022 when we saw a house for sale in Meadow Bluffs. I called our son, who is our mortgage guy with Canopy Mortgage and he immediately got us in touch with Brandy. Within no time at all we got a call from Brandy who immediately set up an appointment to view the house the next day. We didn't get the house but decided to build a new house in that development of which Brandy was instrumental in the process. Her insight and knowledge was huge especially as this was our first new home build and at age 71 it could have been very stressful; but, Brandy walked us through every step of the build to close with professionalism and care. However, it didn't end there as we had our old house to sell, along with the new build, therefore Brandy addressed many of our questions regarding both properties. We can't thank you enough, Brandy, for your knowledge, patience, keeping us in the loop and your caring heart. Today we live in a beautiful home in a beautiful place.
