Brandy is hands down the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with! I didn’t think it would even be possible, but she made purchasing my home a reality, even though I was overseas. She sent me plenty of video files, which were incredibly helpful, and even created a pro/con list to assist me in making my decision. Brandy also referred me to an excellent lender who guided me through the loan application process quickly and efficiently. I was amazed that we were able to close just three weeks after I first saw the house listing! On top of that, Brandy helped me negotiate the price with the seller. She is truly an expert in the industry, and I can’t recommend her enough. I would absolutely refer my friends and family to Brandy!

Brandy is an outstanding agent who went above and beyond to ensure our home buying experience, and relocation from California to the Raleigh area went as smooth as possible. We knew nothing about the Raleigh area, but Brandy's knowledge of the communities around Raleigh, and knowing what we were looking for, was instrumental in guiding us to the right location that fit our needs. Brandy is always available either by phone, text or video chat to answer questions and provide guidance. She attended every meeting and walk-thru for our new construction home, and assisted us with connecting by either Zoom or FaceTime for the meetings that we could not attend while still living in California. I encountered Brandy first via her YouTube videos. I was impressed with how enthusiastic and informative she was, so when we decided that the Triangle Area was the place to move after living in Maine for 32 years, she was the first one I contacted. Even though it took us a little time to actually meet face to face, she kept lines of communication open and that has been true throughout our entire relationship. No question is stupid, no concern is ignored and, the most important part is that Brandy actually LISTENED to us so that she could do what was needed to help us find a new residence that would work for us. On top of this, she is a great resource for finding tradespeople to assist in making the changes we needed to make our new house our new HOME.

From the first conversation, Brandy was all about our goals. She asked questions to get to know us and what we wanted in a home. She sent us to her YouTube channel for us to research communities. Our only day of looking at homes was productive - our second stop was THE home. She navigated us through the purchase and gave us a lot of local knowledge as we moved through the process. While searching for our Dream Home we met our Realtor Brandy Nemergut who is a delightfully upbeat, smart, and seasoned professional! By happenstance I came across Brandy’s YouTube channel while researching the Raleigh area. Her videos provided a wealth of information about the various communities in the Triangle area and she was able to help even more with a discovery call and several helpful guides. As a first time homebuyer, Brandy was surely our rock as we encountered many hurdles with the builder’s lender along the way. My husband has already submitted a review on our behalf but I would like to offer some additional comments. As the lady of the house I wanted to say that Brandy was a major comfort for me seeing that we were purchasing and making decor selections from across the country. Brandy took the time to actually go to our home design appointment and literally hold up each decor selection by hand from the flooring to hardware to show me our options. At one point she even took the cabinetry selection closer to a window so I could get a better perspective on color. Brandy is top notch and if you want that added comfort and attention to detail she is your agent.
