By happenstance I came across Brandy’s YouTube channel while researching the Raleigh area. Her videos provided a wealth of information about the various communities in the Triangle area and she was able to help even more with a discovery call and several helpful guides. As a first time homebuyer, Brandy was surely our rock as we encountered many hurdles with the builder’s lender along the way. Brandy is an incredibly talented, knowledgeable, genuine, and caring human being who helped us every step of the way and we are forever grateful! Not only did she help us navigate the choppy seas of purchasing a home, but she provided us with connections and resources that have helped us make the Triangle home!

My husband has already submitted a review on our behalf but I would like to offer some additional comments. As the lady of the house I wanted to say that Brandy was a major comfort for me seeing that we were purchasing and making decor selections from across the country. Brandy took the time to actually go to our home design appointment and literally hold up each decor selection by hand from the flooring to hardware to show me our options. At one point she even took the cabinetry selection closer to a window so I could get a better perspective on color. Brandy is top notch and if you want that added comfort and attention to detail she is your agent.

Brandy was extremely responsive right from the first email contact with her and went out of the way to take videos of the communities we were interested in. This was very important for us as we were looking for homes remotely online without ever having visited the area and were going to come to visit the area for only a short time of 3 weeks. This was the moment we decided she was the real estate agent we will work with while there was another that I was already working with who was not that responsive and others whom I contacted. She has helped us get better understanding of the localities and communities and was there with us for every appointment we had in person. Once we finalized the place, her help with the home inspector, builder and attorney was very instrumental in closing the house in time and getting the pending items done by the builder. Even after closing, she continued following up with us on the pending items and giving us help with advise and contacts for security alarm systems, home insurance, handy men and issues that came up with appliances, etc. I recommend her whole heartedly to prospective home buyers in the triangle area. I am also very sure we are likely to pick her as our selling agent at the time of selling hopefully several years down the road.
