We worked with Brandy for the purchase of our home here in North Carolina. She made the entire process so easy, giving us solid guidance on how real estate transactions in NC differ from those in our last state of residence. She has a deep well of knowledge about the Raleigh housing market trends and knows all the neighborhoods that we looked at - and that was a lot of neighborhoods. She let us take our time and never rushed us. And, when we were ready to make a purchase, she was a shrewd tactician and diplomatic negotiator. She had a seemingly endless list of resources and suggestions. We felt like we were her only client, even though we know she had several active listings and clients at the time. She helped us navigate a sticky situation with an unresponsive, less than competent title attorney, going so far as to address it in person until she got answers and movement forward. Even after the sale she's helped us resolve an issue and get a problem sorted out using our home warranty. She also sent us a welcome guide with lots of information about the community we were moving into. She's professional, committed, and exceptionally good at her job. I closed on my new home in April. Purchasing a new build in NC from MD is not for the faint of heart. I prayed and asked the Lord to connect me with a good Realtor, and He sure came through with Brandy! Brandy took time with me from start to finish, took in all my wants and steer-away-froms, and stayed within those boundaries. She is very responsive to communication, which is a must for me. Whenever I'd reach out to her, I always got prompt responses. I so appreciated her help and professionalism throughout the process. I learned so much from her about the town and State I was relocating to. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area, the market, and everything in between. And if she doesn't know something, she has good resources she works with. If you are a picky and detail-oriented buyer, as I was, Brandy is the Realtor for you! Her insight and patience made the journey so pleasant and enjoyable. When I wasn't able to come down during the building process, Brandy was always my trusty eyes and ears on the ground and so willing to get me the answers I needed. Since we were purchasing from out of state, we meet with Brandy via Zoom and she spent a lot of time listening to our needs and wants for a new home. We then flew to Raleigh, and after spending a one day with Brandy, we found a home we loved! It's amazing how the internet can connect you with someone you didn't know you needed until you did! My husband and I were watching YouTube videos to research areas around Raleigh, North Carolina. We were drawn to Brandy's videos. They were concise, informative and quick paced. We contacted Brandy letting her know we were flying in for several days to look at properties. During our conversation, Brandy asked us questions about what we were looking for and then more importantly she listened. Really listened. When we arrived from the airport we hit the ground running. During that first day, Brandy did a great job of organizing our time and then listening so that properties that didn't fit our criteria were eliminated. Brandy didn't try to convince us to buy something just to make a sale. What Brandy did was work with us to find the property that was the right one for us! Brandy is a wealth of information. We appreciated her direct manner and honest feedback. And just like that we found a realtor on YouTube and ended up closing on a place we are happy to call home.

Brandy was amazing and a huge help to us as we bought our first home. She is so kind, thoughtful, and hard-working. She met with us first before we saw any houses to make sure she knew exactly what we were looking for. She really took the time to make sure we found the perfect home for us. We didn't know much about what to expect or the home buying process, but Brandy guided us through it and answered our many questions. She was very responsive and got us same day showings. She is very knowledgeable about homes and communities, knows what to look for, and was educating us on positive and negative aspects of the homes we saw. Throughout the entire process she was on top of everything and quickly smoothed out any concern that came up. Even after we closed on the house and still now, we know we can reach out to her for advice. We certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
