During what has proven to be a difficult time to purchase a home, Jeffrey was a true professional and his expertise guided us through the process and allowed us to purchase our new home on the Cape. He was always a step ahead and kept us apprised throughout the somewhat challenging housing market and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell on the Cape.
Jeff insisted on finding realtors with more extensive knowledge of areas he did not routinely service. He cared more about finding the best property for me than his commission. He was honest in his opinions of each property. He was on top of everything, from finding appropriate properties to making sure the attorney had everything necessary for the closing. This is my 19th purchase or sale of properties. Jeff was the BEST!!
Katie is a wonderful agent to work with! She is knowledgeable and experienced in her profession and has the competitive edge needed in the current market. She was always quickly responsive to any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend working with her!
Jeffrey Clonts is a fantastic agent to work with, he always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during the sales process. He had a buyer for our property in one week after it’s been on the market for 2 years! He is the best choice!
Jeffrey was personable and easy to work with. His familiarity with the various areas of the Cape was helpful in guiding us as we explored options. In a turbulent market he was the calm we needed to ultimately make a solid decision.
Hayley Nickerson is the most amazing real estate agent! My wife and I were looking to buy a cape house during the pandemic and Hayley went above and beyond our imagination. Living far from the Cape, Hayley drove all around the Cape and FaceTimed us from various houses and gave us to opportunity to explore and search the cape remotely. When we found houses we liked, she prepared comparable properties and helped us get a feel for the market and the towns we were searching. With very few beachfront properties during the pandemic, Hayley was our saving grace navigating our options and we couldn't have done it without her! Hayley was extremely professional and helpful and can't thank her brokerage enough for providing us with the best agent. Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience working with Katie on our search for a Cape home. Her deep local market knowledge, enthusiasm, and high energy were so helpful during the process. Communication was excellent as we worked together to find the right home for our family.
Jeffrey knew the market thoroughly and was extremely helpful in getting the place ready to show. Was always professional, went the extra mile throughout. Helped us get an above asking price for the property, and in general made the entire process of selling the property as seamless and easy as possible.
Jeffrey was an excellent partner and counselor from the moment he stepped through our door. Our home sale went very smoothly, and he was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions or needed guidance, he was right there to help. He gave us great advice about everything from listing price to negotiating with buyers. Could not recommend him more highly!
We have worked with Jeff several times and each time is no different: he is an astute businessman with remarkable market savvy and is always conscientious and thorough with everything and everyone he deals with. On top of that, he has a wonderful sense of humor, which puts his clients and sellers' agents at ease. That ease makes negotiations go more smoothly and benefits his clients in both tangible and intangible ways. I cannot recommend Jeff enough!
Jeffrey Clonts is an extraordinary real estate agent and all-around wonderful gentleman. The combination of his precise knowledge of the market as well as his very compassionate approach is absolutely winning. Jeffrey is very smart, quick on the uptake and his ability to share his advice in a very inclusive way made for a delightful experience. Let me be clear, this was a fairly complicated sale, with a lot of moving parts and Jeffrey handled everything, he goes above and beyond. Can we clone him??
We highly would recommend Jeffrey Clonts to any and all who wish to buy or sell. We have worked with Jeff through both the purchase process as well as the selling process and have to say out of all of the experiences we've had in real estate, Jeff far exceeds all. In our most recent experience, Jeff worked with us to ensure he was knowledgeable on our expectations and started to work for us immediately. The day the home was listed Jeff had multiple showing requests, which drove the sell of our home after a bidding war within just a few days. If Jeff could assist us where we are buying our new home, we would without hesitation jump at the opportunity.
