The highest compliment we can give is that each component of the sales process was handled by Katie Clancy in an A+ manner. The sales plan items were communicated clearly, followed up upon, and handled with care, sincerity and an overwhelming sense of realistic optimism. She excelled not just in the marketing and showing of the home or the contractual work, but her amazing ability to be an all round champion in each area of the sale made this process the best it could be. Buying a house can be such a stressful process but Becky made that process so much easier with her attention to detail, flexibility, patience, and extensive knowledge of the Cape. Katie and her team were very helpful with walking us through every step of our home sale. They took a lot off of our plate when things because very busy for my wife and I. We were trying to buy a home and sell a home at the same time. We wanted a certain price for our home and she knew exactly what we needed to do to sell. She put us in touch with everyone we needed to sell our home quickly. From a handyman, and electrician and even a couple options for getting rid of old items we no longer needed. She gave us many resources and as a result we sold out house 2 HOURS after our first open house! She navigated the purchase of our new home like a pro and assisted us in getting the house we wanted for the price we wanted and quickly. Katie Clancy is hands down, the best on the Cape. Without Katie Clancy and Jeff Clonts my wife and I wouldn't have our dream home. My wife and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy our sell on the Cape. They truly are above the rest.
Jeff keep up the great work. Never stop being witty as you make the customer feel comfortable in rather uncomfortable situations. Teach others in your profession what it means to respond in a timely manner, what it means to put the customer first all the time, what it means to be part of a service driven organization. Finally, don't go far in case we need a broker in the future.
