After an offer I made had been overbid by another buyer, Jeffrey stayed in touch with the listing agent and was able to alert me when that other offer fell through. Ultimately, I was no longer interested in the house in question, but had I been, I would have benefited from Jeffrey's ongoing contact. I had an offer accepted on another house. But after a number of somewhat disturbing items showed up at the inspection, Jeffrey was very helpful and successfully negotiated with the seller and listing agent to have my deposit returned.
