There are a million good things I could say about Jeff and our home buying experience. In a fast-paced and competitive market, Jeff excelled because of his patience, positive attitude, and overall knowledge. He is good under pressure and is able to adapt to suit his client's needs. I highly recommend Jeff if you are considering selling or listing your home with him. You'll be glad he's on your team.

Jeff was so helpful when looking for a home. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very reliable. We appreciate all of his help and expertise!

What can I say about Jeff? Patient, persistent, poised, pragmatic, patient, principled, persuasive, passionate, patient, personable, polite, did I mention patient?

I recently closed on a house with Jeff's help, and I can't overstate how knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful he was at every step of the process. He went with me to every showing and walkthrough, pointing out features and raising issues I wouldn't have thought to ask about, and kept on top of the transaction through some complications on the seller's end. Jeff came highly recommended from friends who'd recently bought a house with his help, and several of the people I worked with during the transaction (real estate attorney, mortgage broker, and others) volunteered without prompting that Jeff is one of the best.

My real estate experience with Katie Clancy was fantastic. She was patient, very patient with us. When the time finally came to "pull the trigger" on the sale, was there guns blazing. Katie had an answer for everything, before the question was asked. Her professional assessment of the current market conditions was a big factor in not only setting the listing price but basically forecasting what was going to happen next. The property hit the market at 11:00am and she had her first showing 45 minutes later, along with 11 other showings that day. By that evening, the offers came rolling in until we accepted one $80k over asking.....her experience paid off.....WOW!! The signed offer did not end Katie's job. She organized all the subsequent appointments, inspections, logistics, etc. right up to the closing.....effortless on my end! Thank you Katie & Team!!!

If you have the opportunity to allow Katie to represent you in a real estate transaction, sign up with her immediately…She is very bright, articulate and professional…Her vast experience base allows her to develop a solution for almost any issue…She has tireless energy, and is literally available at any time of the day or night…Her market analysis I found to be right on target, and her terrific people skills really make her an excellent representative for any seller…I have dealt with many real estate professionals, and I would label Katie a true all-star across the entire skill set necessary to be a very successful agent.

Katie’s market knowledge was 100% accurate. Her communication was clear and concise. Katie and her team were extremely professional- a well oiled machine.

Katie seemed to know which buyers would be interested with our "cottage" and how to price the house. She was always upbeat and seemed to have plenty of energy. She was always ready with the names of service providers if we needed them and at times that we weren't available, made the arrangements herself.

As everyone seems to know, buying a house is one of life's most stressful things to do. There is so much emotion involved in looking for and, hopefully, finding the "right" home. We are from Rhode Island, relocating for work to Cape Cod, ans we feel very lucky, indeed, that we found Jeff to be our agent and guide through the process of moving to a totally alien area. Jeff knew the questions to ask to understand what our lifestyle was and how we wished to "live" on Cape Cod. This was very important because, thought the entire cape is beautiful, some areas are less friendly to travel, while others are more suited to a quiet, home-centered lifestyle. Jeff knew where to point us and where to focus our search. He understood our tastes and desires for a house style and level of finish. I am an architect and will freely admit to being very particular. Jeff quickly understood what "worked" for us and provided a curated approach to our search. Sparing us listings that he knew would not appeal to us. He, and his fabulous partner, Katie, make a fantastic team and have a depth of knowledge about Cape Cod that I cannot imagine is surpassed. In this "unreal" market, Jeff knew how to guide us with our offer and was incredibly adept at dealing with the seller, who was acting as his own agent and made the process less than simple. Jeff handled it all with grace and skill, and we ended up with what we consider the perfect home. Beyond his considerable abilities, he is also one of the nicest people we've known and we enjoyed the entire process. We had fun, laughed often, and the journey that led us to the point that I am now writing this review in my beautiful house was more than a pleasure. Our only sadness at this point is that we don't get to speak or text with Jeff as often. He is a marvelous and informed advocate.

My husband and I have been working with Jeff for over two years and finally closed on a great house! Jeff was always pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable about the Cape Cod market. Jeff understood well what we were looking for. He was always quick to respond to our inquiries about properties. He offered helpful advice, and always made himself available to see properties in a timely way. Jeff was on top of things throughout the entire buying process. Since the closing, he has been helpful in providing us with information on services and contractors that we may need. I would highly recommend Jeff!

Jeff was amazing to work with throughout the entire process! He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and very very caring. He listened to what we were looking for; understood our priorities; and brought us several homes that matched our needs/wishes. Having to purchase a home virtually was a hugely stressful process for us. We trusted him and HE DELIVERED! We highly recommend his expert services!
