Melissa listened to our needs and never showed us any properties outside of our budget and worked diligently to help us get into our new home after an exhaustive search. Linda was very helpful and professional. Especially because I was an out-of-state owner and we had to do everything by phone, computer, scans, etc., I was impressed with her ability to keep everything straight -- we had multiple offers over a period of a few weeks and the ultimate buyers gave us two offers several weeks apart. Luckily, I sold real estate for 20 years here in Virginia, so my experience helped, but things are different in the real estate business these days, so I was happy with her knowledge of the ins & outs of today.
