Sue helped us purchase a unit on HHI during the height of the pandemic. She was amazing, going to units to give us virtual tours, meeting the inspectors, sending pics of the contents and doing the final walk through to make sure everything was as it should be. Linda was very helpful and professional. Especially because I was an out-of-state owner and we had to do everything by phone, computer, scans, etc., I was impressed with her ability to keep everything straight -- we had multiple offers over a period of a few weeks and the ultimate buyers gave us two offers several weeks apart. Luckily, I sold real estate for 20 years here in Virginia, so my experience helped, but things are different in the real estate business these days, so I was happy with her knowledge of the ins & outs of today.

My experience with Jen was actually amazing. My fiance and I are first time home buyers and truly had no clue what we were doing once we got approved for our mortgage. Jen was recommended to us by a friend of ours after multiple other agents never responded to our inquiries. Jen was very clear with us about the process and worked with our schedule for showings. We had a horrible time with our lender and Jen actually called them and explained to them that we needed help understanding the process. She was by our side through the entire process and even when we finally chose our home and had anxiety she was always trying to calm us down and help us. My fiance and I both agreed that if we ever have to buy another home she is the only person we want to work with and without her help in this process we probably wouldn't have bought a home. I highly recommend her 1000%
