My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with the Bragg Team, specifically Renee and Aaron, to list and sell our lot in the Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort. We had heard many good things about the Bragg Team since they had become involved with sales in the resort. Their team has sold many of the lots within the resort. Renee and Aaron were very professional in every interaction with us and were very knowledgeable about the real estate market. They gave us information related to the listing and sales of lots within the resort so that we could make an informed decision about listing price. Since we were not at the resort full time, much of our communication was via phone and/or email. When Renee was taking photos of our lot, she noticed that our motorhome’s front tire was flat and she notified us which was extremely helpful. We were then able to contact a mobile mechanic to rectify the problem. When there was an offer on the lot, Renee walked us through every aspect of the process from the real estate contract through closing. There were no surprises. My husband and I would highly recommend the Bragg Team for your real estate needs.

The Bragg team did an outstanding job of analyzing the market, setting the correct price, providing us with the proper expectations for our specific circumstances (another property to buy) and provided us detailed information from the very start so that there were no surprises throughout the process.
