Melissa was referred to us by a family member who is a real estate agent; as we were looking at buying into a community in the Hilton Head/Hardeeville area. From the first moment she was referred Melissa started working for us! She showed us several new communities that she thought might interest us and was happy for us when we found the community we now call home. Our home is a new build, which we were worried about as we did not live any where near the area, but thankfully we didn't need to worry! Melissa had us covered from the beginning all the way through closing, and even after. Melissa was happy to stop by and check on things or follow up on requests we had made of the builder. She was with us through each of our walk throughs, even pointing out items we may have missed. At our closing she made it clear that our relationship did not end there, as we did not move in right away Melissa offered to help with anything we may need from deliveries to just checking on the house. We would recommend Melissa as a real estate agent no matter what kind of home you are looking to buy or sell. Melissa is a caring, concientous and professional agent. You won't find anyone better!!

Melissa was exceptional from the first call to her office to the closing of the transaction. She is tenacious at getting information for her clients and extremely responsive. We were purchasing a piece of land from out of state, something that we had never done before and she helped us immensely along the way. We feel very lucky that she answered the call at her Real Estate office when we randomly called on a Sunday to look at some land. We highly recommend Melissa for any real estate transaction.
