Linda was very helpful and professional. Especially because I was an out-of-state owner and we had to do everything by phone, computer, scans, etc., I was impressed with her ability to keep everything straight -- we had multiple offers over a period of a few weeks and the ultimate buyers gave us two offers several weeks apart. Luckily, I sold real estate for 20 years here in Virginia, so my experience helped, but things are different in the real estate business these days, so I was happy with her knowledge of the ins & outs of today.
