When we started to look for a home we were living abroad in another country. We had contacted three agents. They all initially reached out to us but only Andy continued to follow up with us. Andy went the extra mile to help us view homes from abroad. He took the time to understand our needs, wants and the price point we desired. He went to the homes for us and took videos so we could see the homes and the surrounding area. He gave his professional perspective and went to great lengths to communicate with us even though we were 12 hours difference on time zones. Even when we landed back in the United States, he continued to go the distance to help us find the place we would soon call home. He guided us faithfully through the whole process. Sandy is a very responsive agent who, though she was on a planned vaction, handled the sale of our home without any problems. She called me about showings a couple of times from the beach. We had around 14 showings during the first five days, with two offers at the asking price. She kept us informed through phone calls and internet documents. Andy reached out to me that he had someone interested in our home, but we were trying to sell the property without an agent. After our discussion he said his primary job was to take care of his client but would assist in the process. Andy was always a text, email or phone call away, and there was not a day that would go by that he didn't check in. He took a family vacation during the process but still took the time to make sure things were moving towards a closing.
