I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping me secure a rental home. Your guidance and support made a stressful situation much more manageable, and I truly appreciate the time you put into everything. In particular, I’m thankful for the way you provided advice on how to exit my prior property, including reaching out to your attorney for input. Your assistance in navigating the landlord situation—especially addressing the pet allowance and advocating on my behalf during negotiations—was very helpful. I also appreciate your attention to detail, from helping secure a new washer and dryer to ensuring nothing was overlooked along the way.
