My wife and I just recently bought our first home and all thanks absolutely go to Jude. Jumping into the process was very intimidating and we felt like we didn't even know where to start. We got a bit more serious, found Jude as a realtor, and the rest is history. He eased our nerves with an abundance of knowledge and information about the housing market, walked us through every step of the process from searching, offers, contingencies, inspections, timelines, etc. and even gave us insight on when he would walk on a deal that might not be that great. After about a month of viewing approximately 10 homes, we finally landed on one that was a perfect fit for us and checked off ALL of the boxes that we wanted. On top of all of that, Jude is simply just an incredibly honest, hardworking, and personable individual. I cannot emphasize enough the persistence and effort Jude put forth to help us through this journey and will always be our go-to recommend for friends and family. Thanks Jude!!

I have worked with realtors in the past and Julie stands miles above them. Julie worked very hard to make sure that I was within my price range and in the area I hoped to be. She advised me on what home renovation projects would be feasible with my budget. Julie checked in with me regularly to make sure we were visiting every house I was interested and doing everything possible to schedule showings around my work schedule. She explained the entire home buying process in great detail and made sure that I understood everything and was comfortable with it before moving forward. Julie is not afraid to be 100% honest when it comes to the appraisal of the houses and how you might be able to negotiate. I cannot find the words to express how grateful I am to Julie and all the hard work she put in to helping me find my perfect home

Had some issues with a tight closing date and seller not completing contractually promised repairs. She was prompt at helping to resolve issues. I loved that she did not try to push us above our budget and was very knowledgeable.

John Perkins is a fantastic real Estate Professional. I couldn't have found anyone better. When I met him and he took me to visit a number of homes, he wasn't trying to "sell me a house" but was there to help me "find a home". He was so kind, easy going, never pushy, and always had my interests first. And, once the house decision was made he always kept me up to date with each stop of the way to the closing.
