We not only sold a listing through Brad but he was beyond great in our endeavors as first time home buyers as well. Brad is exceptionally knowledgeable. Not only did he work diligently with our hectic work schedules to get the most out of the house we needed to sell but he also didn’t let us throw away money focusing on things that wouldn’t make much impact. For two people who are always working to support our family, we deeply appreciated that. As if those things weren’t enough..... he also happens to be highly experienced and has a keen eye. Had it not been for his exceptional attention to detail there were a few times we could’ve stumbled head first into houses that were sure to be headaches shortly down the road.
