i have known John for about 13 year with me being in Boston and him in florida, i bought more than 3 homes with him, each time he was presice, honest,and quick to resolve any matter. he knew the laws and hidden problems, and he will solve them before you know it. i recomand John to anyone that need to buy or sell. my last sale went so smooth i wasent even present.

She made our process much easier
She made our process much easier. She was very knowledgable. I wish she fought for more of the things we were promised. That was the one thing I was not pleased with. We were promised a few things and never got them with our house. She was great with communication and was always on top of the papers we needed to sign and get signed. She was very responsive and professional as well. I would recommend her to anyone. This was our first home and she explained things and made sure we understood it all. Great person!

How it feels to trust your realtor
We not only sold a listing through Brad but he was beyond great in our endeavors as first time home buyers as well. Brad is exceptionally knowledgeable. Not only did he work diligently with our hectic work schedules to get the most out of the house we needed to sell but he also didn’t let us throw away money focusing on things that wouldn’t make much impact. For two people who are always working to support our family, we deeply appreciated that. As if those things weren’t enough..... he also happens to be highly experienced and has a keen eye. Had it not been for his exceptional attention to detail there were a few times we could’ve stumbled head first into houses that were sure to be headaches shortly down the road. We can’t thank him enough for his patience, knowledge, negotiating skills and laid back and easygoing personality.
