Marlene is a bilingual Real Estate Professional, born in San Jose, Costa Rica. She is a resident of Tampa, Florida since 1987 and have worked in the Real Estate industry since 2002. She is currently a Real Estate Agent at Suncoast Realty Solutions, LLC. Marlene is a graduate of International Business from The University of Tampa. She has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, the Graduate Realtors® Institute designation, International Properties Specialist Certification and Resort/Second Home Property Specialist Certification. Most recently, she has also earned the Dubai International Property Consultant (DIPC) Certification granted by the Dubai Land Department. She specializes in residential, waterfront, resort- second home, investment and business professional properties. Marlene is an active member of the U.S. National Associations of Realtors® and the Canadian Real Estate Association as well as co-founder of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Tampa Chapter in 2004.
