Julie helped me find and purchase a home that is perfect fit in terms of geographical location, size and price. She was very patient during the process showing me multiple homes, some more than once. I found Julie's knowledge of the local market and professional relationships with local builders, the title company and other realtors to be a great benefit to me as a buyer. In addition, Julie has a deep understanding of all aspects of real estate, financing and closing. She reviewed all of the closing documents with me prior to closing so that I would be prepared and even attended my closing. I have owned homes prior to this one and because of Julie, this purchase was by far the best, most positive real estate transaction experience ever. Working with her, you can definitely tell she's been around the block many many times and she has great understanding on the market fluctuations.
