Julie exceeded all of my expectations in our recent purchase of a home. We thought buying our "forever" home would come with many areas of stress and uncertainty. Julie began the process sending us listings that matched our "punch list". From then on.....she took on the task of making this an easy process for my husband and I. From bringing a copy of each listing with a notes section....to managing EVERYTHING when we went under contract and left 2 days later for a 2 week long planned vacation. Most importantly, she dealt with the negotiations with the seller's agent, inspectors, contractors and everyone else in a timely and efficient manner.
