Marlene was great very knowledgeable, great communication , she was always on top of things whether it was reaching out to the sellers agent , the title agency , the team on our side for the loan and even myself moving all pieces to make this an easy quick process , when we saw the house we liked Marlene was quick to advise on how to put a strong offer before an upcoming open house. Her expertise got us the offer accepted and closed in about 3 weeks right before Thanksgiving day .
