Kevin helped my husband and I sell our home.... and boy, did it sell quickly! I was more than impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and the way in which he markets a home. All the literature was professionally done, the signage is the best I've seen in the valley, and his photographer made the house look stunning. I was so impressed with the extra time he took to drive around our area, surveying the other homes for sale and accurately determining the perfect price point for our home. He didn't just evaluate comps from the MLS, he went the extra mile by driving around the neighborhood. Because of all this preparation and his marketing strategy, our home received multiple offers, above our asking price, and the home sold in less than a day! It was an exciting experience! Lori Miles was a dream leasing agent!! She helped me lease out my Laguna Niguel home, while at the same time she had to deal with an uncooperative current tenant and work under difficult conditions to get the home leased in a timely manner. Lori was readily available by phone, text, or email. She always made the extra effort to be available to show the home on a short notice too. I know that she kept her cool even when prospective renters failed to show up to appointments.. Her skills negotiating prices/terms and finding the "perfect tenant" was so appreciated. We were very grateful to have Laura as our real estate agent! We visited ID in November 2016. Laura spent a great deal of time showing us homes and the area. As we were moving CA to ID, we ran into personal delays which caused us to have to back out of a home we were having built. Laura was helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. We landed in Meridian in June and were living in our RV. Laura helped us to quickly find a home and expedite escrow. We were in our new home within barely over a month! She is extremely knowledgeable and brought several things to our attention that saved us money! Laura is a go getter who pays attention to your wants in a property, and then finds them. Solid advice on how to negotiate a deal with sellers, and things you may need to do to make it all happen. My wife and I had the pleasure of selling our house and buying a new one at the the same time with Laura. Everything went as seamless as is possible with such a deal. We highly recommend her.
