If I could nominate Shawna for realtor of the year I would. I have bought and sold several properties, and she was by far the best realtor I have had. We had a few bumps in the road with this sale (issues out of our control) and she navigated it perfectly, staying on top of all communication and follow up, acting professionally and thoroughly on my behalf. She did a fabulous job of educating me on needed next steps calmly and efficiently. To sum it up she was simply amazing through the entire process.

When we decided to move across the country to Idaho (where is that again?) this NY family didn't know how to start. We were lucky enough to have Laura recommended to us and from the first time we spoke we knew we were in THE BEST hands. Even though she was on vacation the first time we connected she spent that weekend talking to us and sending us materials to introduce us to Boise and it's suburbs and help us start to refine our search. Laura stayed in constant communication with us. Sending listings, touring houses for us on FaceTime, until I was able to arrive to search in person a few weeks later and that weekend did not disappoint. In two days we went from house to house and Laura got better and better at understanding what our family needed and wanted. And then, when we arrived at the last house on our weekend list, as soon as I walked in I looked at her and proclaimed "this is my house" and from there Laura did everything we needed to put out an offer, have it accepted, and she walked hand in hand with us to the finish line. Laura is truly a dream agent and we can not wait to move to Idaho and into the perfect house she helped us find in record time!
