If I could nominate Shawna for realtor of the year I would. I have bought and sold several properties, and she was by far the best realtor I have had. We had a few bumps in the road with this sale (issues out of our control) and she navigated it perfectly, staying on top of all communication and follow up, acting professionally and thoroughly on my behalf.
