Reaching out to Candice was the best decision I made when starting my home buying journey. As a first time homebuyer, the process was both exciting and overwhelming. I appreciated during our initial meeting that she walked through the entire home buying process step by step, defining terms unfamiliar to me. If you are looking for the best relator in the Treasure Valley – you need Candice Root! We have used her twice in the last 4 years to purchase of our son’s house in Meridian & our forever home in Kuna. Since we were coming from out of the area, we needed an agent that knew the area and whose opinion we could trust - Candice exceeded all our expectations. She was quick to respond to our numerous questions and was always accommodating with our schedules when we were in town. She spent numerous hours with us, showing us different builders and different communities, until we found the perfect fit for us. She even spent the better part of 2 days in the Design Center – making sure the choices were in our best interest, not the builders.
